At CaseOn, we believe that we have one of the most generous return and exchange policies in Australia
The rule is simple - as long as you haven't opened the packaging, you can send it back for a refund or exchange. What's more, we'll provide you with full credit for your return postage costs. Now you really have no excuses:)
 
Change of Mind
•Unopened, in sellable condition:
Choose between a refund or an exchange, and you will be credited for your return postage cost with a free shipping voucher to use on your next order.
Please note that for change of mind refunds or exchanges, the packaging must be in its original, unopened condition. There is a $10 fee if the packaging is damaged during the return delivery, so please ensure that it is securely packaged. If there are any doubts about the condition of your case, please email us before sending your order back as it may save you any unnecessary expenses. This $10 fee also applies if you have selected the wrong case (e.g. an iPhone case instead of an iPod Touch case), and in this situation you will not credited with a voucher for your return postage cost. Finally for handmade cases, this fee may still apply even if your order hasn't been posted yet, as work on your case may have commenced.
•Opened
Your order cannot be refunded or exchanged. Although we completely understand that mistakes happen, so please get in touch and we may be able to organise a small discount for you on your next order.
Damaged or Manufacturing Defect
Choose between an exchange or a complete refund (which includes full postage costs)

Exchanges:

1. Contact us for a free postage voucher, then place and pay for a new order on our website to secure the colour / style you are exchanging. This way you are guaranteed to get the item before it gets sold and we can ship it out to you immediately.

3. When we receive your returned items we will process a refund for them within 48 business hours.

Choose between an exchange or a refund. Products must be returned before your warranty claim can be processed, and return postage costs will only be reimbursed if the product was damaged on arrival.

 

 


 

 

FAQs

 

Question: I've opened the packaging, can I still return it?

 

Answer: Unfortunately you will not be elegible for a refund or exchange. At the end of the day we need to be able to resell the case or return it to our suppliers. So as long as you haven't opened the packaging, it's all good. We think this is fair and reasonable. 

 

 

Question: I accidentally chose the wrong case, what are my options?

 

Answer: If it's a change of mind refund or exchange for a different colour or style, then we're totally cool with that. However if you've selected an entirely different make or model by accident (e.g. an iPhone case when you were really after an iPod case) the free return postage policy does not apply and you will need to pay for postage of the exchanged case, so we ask that you carefully review your order before confirming (you will also be sent a notification email and invoice after placing your order for you to double check).

 

 

Question: How long do I have to return it?

 

Answer: We don't really have a set rule here, as long as it's reasonable! Really, we're not that fussed about it - as long as the packaging is still in it's original, unopened condition.
