Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and CaseOn will take place at the time of dispatch, unless your order has not been accepted, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy.

 

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

      • The product/s you have ordered is unavailable
      • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
      • The identification of a pricing or product description error

 

Also note: 

      • We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses
      • Our website product availability information is indicative only - listed product quantities may not reflect actual stock levels
      • Please be aware that when it comes to transparent or semi-transparent cases, actual colours may vary depending the colour of the product (e.g. a black vs. a white phone) - while we will endeavor to provide you with enough information to make your selection, representative photos of every product combination may not always be possible

 

Returns

At CaseOn, your satisfaction is paramount – all our customers are entitled to a 14-day Money Back Guarantee. It’s quite simple – whether the product is defective, not as described or you have simply changed your mind, all* products purchased from CaseOn can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date we first shipped your order.

 

*Excludes iTunes cards, and any custom (hand made) cases. Also excludes clearance products, or products sold with known defects (which will be clearly marked in the description) are not refundable

 

Please note that for change of mind refunds or exchanges, the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited. We are also not responsible for returned products lost during delivery. The packaging must be in its original, unopened condition - if there are any doubts please email us before sending your order back as it may save you any unnecessary expenses.
